Personal data protection

Privacy Policy

How personal data are handled when you visit the website or contact the office.

Last updated: 31 July 2026

1. Data controller

The data controller is attorney Maria Asimakopoulou, 11 Meandrou Street, 115 28 Athens, Greece, telephone +30 210 721 0768 and +30 697 769 5225, email [email protected].

2. Data processed during a visit

The website has no contact form, user accounts or database in which information entered by visitors is stored. For the technical operation and security of the website, the hosting and network provider may process technical data such as the IP address, date and time of access, requested page and browser information.

3. Contact by email or telephone

When you contact the office directly, the information you choose to provide is processed, such as your name, contact details and information relating to your enquiry. It is used to respond, take pre-contractual steps at your request and, if a matter is accepted, provide legal services and comply with the applicable legal and professional obligations.

Sending a message does not by itself create a lawyer–client relationship. Please do not send sensitive information or extensive documents before an appropriate method of transmission has been agreed.

4. Cookies and tracking

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not include behavioural tracking services. Fonts and essential presentation files are hosted locally. If a service requiring cookies or other non-essential storage is added in the future, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated before that service is enabled.

5. Recipients and professional collaborators

Technical data may be processed by hosting, network and electronic-communications providers. Information relating to a legal matter is shared with notaries, engineers, accountants, translators, public authorities or other professionals only where necessary for the matter, legally permitted and within the agreed engagement.

6. Retention

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as required to handle the enquiry. When a lawyer–client relationship is established, file information is retained for as long as required by the purpose of the engagement and the applicable legal, tax and professional obligations.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the General Data Protection Regulation, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to certain processing. To make a request, use the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.

8. Updates

This policy may be updated when the website, the providers used or the applicable framework changes.
